By accessing or using SolToss ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use SolToss. You are solely responsible for determining whether online wagering is legal in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform you represent that you are legally permitted to do so.
SolToss does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, including but not limited to the United States of America, the United Kingdom (without applicable license), and any jurisdiction that has banned cryptocurrency gambling.
SolToss is a player-vs-player platform. You wager against another human player, not against the house. SolToss does not take the opposite side of any bet. A 2.5% platform fee is deducted from the winner's payout to cover operational costs.
All coin flips are determined by a cryptographically secure random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues) running inside a Cloudflare Worker. The result is a 50/50 probability. SolToss does not manipulate outcomes.
Your SOL is transferred directly to the SolToss escrow wallet when you place a bet. The escrow holds funds only for the duration of the match. It is programmatically restricted to paying the winner or refunding the depositor. SolToss does not commingle escrow funds with any other assets.
If no opponent is found within 120 seconds your bet is automatically refunded to your wallet minus a small Solana network gas fee (approximately 0.000005 SOL). Refunds are processed by an automated cron job and are typically sent within 5 minutes of the timeout.
Violation of these rules may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any pending funds.
Gambling involves risk. You may lose your entire wager. Only bet what you can afford to lose. SolToss is not responsible for your gambling losses.
Solana network congestion, RPC failures, or smart contract bugs may cause delays or unexpected outcomes. While SolToss employs idempotent settlement and automated recovery, we cannot guarantee zero downtime. Use the Platform at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolToss and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits or SOL.
SolToss reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SolToss is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
